I have been living in my house for over 2 years now, and am extremely pleased. Steve insisted on quality work every step of the way, from the difficult excavation to the finish work, and it is apparent in the final product. This is a very comfortable and energy efficient home. Steve's subs were well supervised and did what they said they would do. Since the house is modern, we had many opportunities to use alternate materials and designs. Steve did lots of research for me on options for finishes and we ended up with a very unique house. He is a creative guy, and his experience building quality homes for many years saved me lots of headaches. I highly recommend him for either a remodeling job or a new build. You will be pleased with the outcome.

Steve is excellent to work with. He is honest, dependable, and very knowledgeable about construction. He is very approachable and involved during the entire building process. Not many people enjoy the building process but I can honestly say I would enjoy building another house with him as our builder.
